Where We Ship

We ship worldwide, including the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and Europe. Orders are shipped with FedEx, DHL or UPS, depending on your location, and every order includes a tracking number.

Shipping Options

• Standard Shipping — Free: processed within 3–5 business days, then delivered within 3–5 business days.
• Expedited Shipping — paid (price shown at checkout): your order gets priority processing within 1–2 business days, then delivered within 3–5 business days.

Processing Time

Every item is prepared to order. Processing times are counted in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Many orders are dispatched sooner, some on the same day. Custom-size orders may take a little longer; we will contact you if there is any delay.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are courier estimates from the day your order is dispatched and may vary slightly by location, especially during peak seasons such as Halloween and the holidays.

Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number and courier details.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the responsibility of the customer.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect address. If you notice a mistake, contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will work with the courier and send you a replacement at no extra cost.
