Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. This applies to both regular and sale items.

Eligibility

Items must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged, with all original tags attached and in the original packaging.

Custom-Size Orders

Custom-size and made-to-measure orders are made specifically for you and cannot be returned, unless the item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at manage.cosplaystreet@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once your request is approved, our support team will share the return address and instructions with you by email. Please do not send items to our registered company address — returns sent without an approved request cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order on arrival. If your item is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We will send you a free replacement, and you will not need to return the original item. If a replacement is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of receiving the item. Your bank or card provider may take a few extra days to post it.

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as the shipping service has already been provided. If your order is dispatched later than our stated processing time, your shipping charges will be refunded.

Exchanges

To change a size, contact us at manage.cosplaystreet@gmail.com. You may keep the original item, and we will send the new size once the shipping charge for the new item is paid.

Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.

EU and UK Customers

If your order is shipped to the EU or UK, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason, subject to the item-condition requirements above. This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
