Return policy

  • The item must be in its original packaging.

Refunds

  • If there is a sizing issue, we offer to exchange the item for the correct size. We will not require the buyer to return the original item, but the buyer is responsible for the shipping cost of the new item we are sending.
  • If the item is damaged, we offer to send a new one without requiring the buyer to return the original item. The buyer is not responsible for shipping costs in this case.
  • If the item is lost in shipping, we will send a new one for free.
  • If the buyer ordered the wrong size, they are responsible for the shipping cost of the new item. However, we will offer them a discounted coupon code for up to 50% off.
  • If the buyer wishes to return, the item for any other reason, they must pay for the shipping costs.
  • If the buyer doesn't like the product and wants a refund, they must return the item at their own expense, and the item must be in its original condition. We will provide a full refund once we receive the item.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure that it meets the eligibility requirements.
  • If the item meets the eligibility requirements, we will issue a refund within 7 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
  • If the refund is due to an error on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions

  • We accept returns for all items except for personalized items, gift cards, or digital products unless they have damaged or defective

Cancellations

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing the order. We cannot cancel orders after they have been shipped.
